The New Mass Effect: Legendary Edition Trailer Got Mixed Reactions

April 16, 2021

Bioware has released a new trailer for Mass Legendary Edition and many fans aren’t too impressed with the trailer.
A trailer reviewer stated that the side-by-side comparisons were better than the original game and that the scenes with Mako and the surrounding environment were improved.
Bioware has posted a video on YouTube that compares the original character models with the latest version of the game.
One comment on this YouTube video said that they don’t have to convince him or her about the game, since he is already sold.
A commenter thinks the change was just a good calibration.
The fans on Twitter weren’t as enthusiastic as the reviewers on YouTube.
An excited fan on Twitter wondered what was going on. The original version looked far better.
Another fan on Twitter commented that Anderson looked like a burn victim. He or she thought something looked way off.
Some Twitter fans believe that the new version is an improvement. It is better, but it is still just average at best.
In 2021, Mass Effect: Legendary Edition will be launched for PS4 and Xbox One. It will work with both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

58 More Cases of COVID-19 in Thailand

April 3, 2021

Thailand reported 58 COVID-19 cases on April 2nd, 2021. These include 13 imported cases and 45 local infections. Since last year’s outbreak, the total is 29,947.
The spokesperson for the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration, Taweeslip Visanuyothi, announced that 42 new cases were confirmed at hospitals, and three more found through mass testing. Two cases were found at entertainment venues.
There were 20 new cases reported in Bangkok, 44 percent of the daily increase. Nineteen were Thais that were detected in hospitals, a Myanmar national was also found to be a new pandemic.
According to Taweeslip, one Bangkok infection is a Mahidol University student from the Salaya campus. This student acquired the pandemic by visiting a nightclub in the province Nakhon Pathom.
Six Thais and eight Myanmar nationals have been reported among the new cases at hospitals in Samut Sakhon, a suburb south of Bangkok.
The province of Samut Prakan, another Bangkok suburb, reported five new cases. All were Thai, three in the provincial hospitals, two in communities.
Hospital tests revealed three new cases in Nonathburi, another suburb of Bangkok. Another two Myanmar cases were found in Tak, a province near the Thai-Myanmar border. A 29-year-old Thai woman in Loei, a province that borders Laos, contracted the pandemic from a place in Bangkok that provides entertainment.
Taweeslip is concerned that all the cases have to do with entertainment places.
The 13 overseas cases came from Madagascar, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates, Finland, India, and the United States.
The 58 new classes mean that the government will continue to monitor people who are infected.
Western countries lowered their guard because vaccines were readily available.

Thailand Gets No Respect

March 31, 2021

There was a comedian named Rodney Dangerfield in American in the 1980s. In his act, he talked endlessly about how he would not get respect. His movies did not get much respect, either. Thailand, like Dangerfield, does not get respect from the rest of the world. I am here to tell you that Thailand should get more respect.
Before the pandemic, Thailand was considered to be the second-largest economy in this part of Southeast Asia.
Thailand is one of the countries that has handled the pandemic the best. Out of a population of 70 million people, only 94 people have died.
The reason for this is that the Thai government had no hesitation about dealing with this crisis. In March 2020, the government locked down the country quickly. It closed all the border checkpoints. The school term was delayed for two months and they practiced social distancing when they opened. Except for emergencies, there was no international flight. Domestic flights were very limited. Long-distance buses were also limited. Thais had to wear masks and clean their hands before going into any store or mall or restaurant. The Thais did these things without questioning or protests. The Thais have been protesting the pandemic recently because they are getting tired of doing the restrictions like most countries.
Thailand has a really good public transportation system. In Bangkok, you can use taxis, motorcycle taxis, buses, Songtaews (trucks with two rows to sit), tuk-tuks, vans, and subway systems. Except for taxis, they are usually cheap to use. You don’t need a car because there are plenty of ways to get around. The long-distance buses and trains get you to all corners of Thailand and are cheap to use. Domestic flights are cheap. If you have the money, you can get to all parts of Thailand fast and cheaply.
Thailand has one of the best wireless/Internet systems in the world. Thailand’s Internet is one of the fastest in the world. At most hotels, even the small ones, the Internet usually comes free. At most apartments, the Internet is free. Internet cafes, especially outside of Bangkok, are cheap. For one hour, you could get it for 10 baht (25 US cents). Some of them are even 24/7. The Internet is one of the best things about Thailand.
The Thai people are polite and friendly. Even if they speak little English, they do try to understand what you are saying.
In Chaiyaphum, Thailand, I almost would always get a free rise. One night, I had trouble finding a hotel. A Thai couple stopped and they helped me find a hotel. Would Americans do the same?
Thailand has some of the most beautiful beaches on the planet. Some of them are only about 2 or 3 hours from Bangkok.
In towns and cities, there is always a 7-11. It has good, cheap microwaveable food. You can get things that you need like shaving cream, deodorant, and razors. The sales clerks always say hello to you. When I leave Thailand, I miss 7-11.
Movie theaters in Thailand are better than in the States. You get to choose your seat at a Thai movie theater. I have heard this is changing in the States. I have not been in the States for 10 years. The Thai movie theaters are clean and new. The movie ticket is about 4 to 5 US dollars. It is one of the best movie experiences that I have ever had.
I think that I have made the point that Thailand should get more respect and that you should definitely come to this country.

Sleep Apnea: Treatment and Therapies, Part 3

March 23, 2021

Treatment

There are many ways to treat sleep apnea. The treatment usually depends on the type of sleep apnea you have and how bad it is.
When you have mild sleep apnea, a doctor can recommend how you should adjust your lifestyle to alleviate the sleep apnea. Some lifestyle changes may be to stop smoking or to quit smoking. Nasal allergies could be causing sleep apnea, so a doctor may simply recommend that you treat the allergies.
Should these lifestyle changes fail to help? You’ll have to try other treatments.
A variety of devices might be used to get rid of the blockage that is causing the apnea. Surgery might be necessary if the devices do not work.

Therapies

The device called Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) usually is the one treat that doctors recommend to cure sleep apnea. Essentially, you wear a mask that delivers air that has greater pressure than the air around you in your sleeping area. The high-pressure air should keep your upper airway passages open, stopping snoring and apnea.
Despite CPAP’s high rate of success when treating sleep apnea, some individuals are turned off by the device because the device seems uncomfortable or cumbersome to wear. They eventually stop using the CPAP machine. You can help make it more comfortable by adjusting the tension in the mask straps.
Another way to make it more comfortable is to try on several types of masks and find the one that’s most comfortable for you. Don’t suddenly stop. Tell your doctor what’s bothering you and see if he or she has a solution as well.
You should also contact your doctor if you are still snoring or the snoring has returned, even though you are using the treatment. The machine could be having trouble adjusting to your new bodyweight.
You can use other airway devices other than the CPAP machine. You could use an Auto-CPAP machine that automatically adjusts to the air pressure as you sleep. You can inhale through positive airway pressure (BPAP) machine, and there is more pressure when you inhale than when you exhale.
CPAP machines are considered more reliable than oral appliances. Oral appliances may be a good alternative to CPAP machines. The purpose of the oral appliance is to keep your throat open and they are usually more comfortable to use than a CPAP machine. Some oral appliances work by moving your jaw forward, highlighting some snoring and mild sleep apnea.
The dentist will provide you with a variety of devices you can try to determine which one works for you.
As long as your oral appliance remains effective, you will not need to visit the dentist as frequently in the first year. You will not need to visit the dentist as frequently as possible. Basically, as long as you have an oral device, you will have to dee a dentist more than you usually would.
There are different types of treatments for central sleep apnea.
Some of the causes of central sleep apnea may be neuromuscular disorders, as well as heart disorders, so treating these conditions could be beneficial.
The second way to treat sleep apnea is through the addition of additional oxygen by using a device. There are a variety of devices available that provide oxygen to your respiratory system.
The most recent alternative to CPAP is called Adaptive Servo Ventilation (ASV) which is controlled by an artificial intelligence that becomes aware of your normal breathing pattern and stores that information inside its memory. As you fall asleep, this system adjusts to a lower pressure, which should make breathing easier, and there should be no gaps in breathing. There seems to be a greater success rate with this system than other airway pressure device treatments for sleep apnea. You do not necessarily need this device because it doesn’t work with central sleep apnea and really bad heart failure.
When you see alternative treatments on TV for sleep apnea, you should talk to your doctor about whether one of these treatments is right for you or someone else.

The Birth of a Sucker

June 4, 2020

P.T. Burnam once said that a sucker is born every minute. Today, with billions of people on the Earth, he would probably say that a sucker is born every millisecond or nanosecond. In the second week of June 2020, I was not just a sucker once but twice.

The first time that I became a sucker was with this guy on Whatsapp. His colleague had promised me that he would send me Bitcoin if I sent him $50. I had switched phones and somehow, I had lost his number in the switch. This guy called me up and said that he still wants the $50 that his colleague wanted. This week, I decided that I would send him the $50 by Bitcoin.

After I sent the $50, he sent me this:

From unknown person on Whatsapp

This image got me excited. I did not know that I was going to get $4000 and it got me excited. I could do a lot with $4000.

A few hours later, he told me that I owed him more fees. This was his exact message:

There still some left fees of which you should pay for the pending payment to be approved. They are;
-Manager withdrawal fee
-Company commission
You might likely want to contact the manager for this.

He then told me that each of these new fees was $50. I told him that I would think about it, but I don’t think that I will.

One good thing is that he did leave me with some useful information about himself. On Whatsapp, his number is +27 60 333 8343. He left me these two images:

The second time that I was a sucker was when I dealt with an individual who went by the handle hacketcandy20 on Instagram. I had heard about him from another person on Facebook who said that he could be helpful. I contacted him on Instagram and he said that for $50, he would send me 4 Bitcoin. (about $36,000 in the second week of June). I sent him $50 and he sent me this image:

From Hackercandy20

If you guessed that I would have to send him another $50, you guessed correct. After an hour of pleading, begging, and swearing on his life that he would send me the 4 Bitcoin, I sent him the money. He sent me back this image:

From Hacketcandy20

He then said that I had been granted access to the money, but I would still have to pay him $100 to supposedly finally gain access to his money. I did not believe him. I told him that I would complain to Instagram if he did not return my $100. He then said that I would only have to pay $50. After my first experience in the work, I refused and complained to Instagram. He is still on Instagram. I hope that someday, he will be kicked off Instagram so he does not do this to other people.
